I first met Lendon of Seat Concepts when the office was in a small warehouse in San Jacinto, CA. At that time, the company had just started manufacturing molded foam replacements for motorcycle seats. With most of its employees coming from a motocross background, the company has a vested interest in creating comfortable seats. Ural-mania! – A week long test ride (and abuse) of a sidecar rig at Overland Expo.2014

I have never driven a motorcycle with a sidecar before. Somehow I was in the right place, asking at the right time. I was briefly staying in Prescott, AZ, so I went to see Mark at Scooter and Auto Source. The first test ride around the block made me nervous about stretching the speedometer above 15mph. Bienvenidos a Panamá

It has been one year since I crossed the final border of Central America into its southern most country… Panamá.  I stayed a total of 2 nights there with most of the daylight hours spent rushing along the Pan American Highway in order to catch a boat.
